NDS has staff constantly available in house to handle clients' support calls. NDS believes that our clients should have immediate access to support people. NDS's clients do not have to wait for an answer to a problem. Many resellers make clients wait while a secretary pages the reseller to call the client back with the answer. NDS realizes that clients don’t want to be told that the reseller is working at another client's business and will call back later, when direct assistance is needed. NDS has support people available all the time in their office for an immediate response to a client's question. |
